About Me!

Hello there!! My name is Lisa Taylor and I live in Arthur, Ontario with my husband Jordy, our daughter Alex and our 3 dogs, Abby, Liz and Turkish, and our kitten, Dee. We moved to Arthur in 2010 and have loved living out in the country away from the hustle and bustle of living in a big city. We came from Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario.

My husband and I found each other in High School in 2000 and were married many years later in 2006. Our beautiful daughter came to us in 2008!

I am a passionate crafter, a public school teacher, and a mother and wife to the core. :)

My daughter Alex is the inspiration for a lot of what I create. The dress she is wearing in that picture is one I stitched up for her from this pattern from Violette Fields Threads. She absolutely LOVES that dress! One of my favourite patterns to sew with as well! Easy to follow, and simply beautiful!
